車輛牽引動力(li)
鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)燃(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)可分為功率型的與容量(liang)型的,前者適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)牽引動(dong)力,應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)車輛(liang)、航空航天器、航船(chuan)等(deng)(deng)領(ling)域;后者主要適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)UPS(不(bu)間斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源),應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)通訊基站、移(yi)動(dong)式充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁、智(zhi)能微電(dian)(dian)(dian)網等(deng)(deng),以及應(ying)(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、備用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、信號電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、便(bian)攜(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源等(deng)(deng).鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)燃(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)可設計成儲備電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)前進行活化,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)滿后,可通過移(yi)去消耗(hao)的鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)陽(yang)(yang)極,換上新的鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)陽(yang)(yang)極,此過程稱為機械(xie)再充,鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)陽(yang)(yang)極被稱為可更(geng)換極.機械(xie)可再充鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)燃(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)已(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)取代因(yin)質量(liang)和噪聲限制而(er)不(bu)適合某些(xie)(xie)方面(mian)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的柴油(you)和汽油(you)發動(dong)機,且應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)潛(qian)力巨大(da).下面(mian)介(jie)紹(shao)一(yi)些(xie)(xie)在車輛(liang)領(ling)域,東深新能源科技有限公司的鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)燃(ran)料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)系統(tong)的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)實例(li).
E2 RPS電電并行充(chong)供(gong)電系統
此系統(tong)已在國內某(mou)品牌SUV(sport utility vehicle,多用(yong)途跑車)得到應用(yong),在標(biao)準馬(ma)路(lu)上試跑了1008km,與(yu)標(biao)配(pei)鋰(li)電池的技術參數(shu)比較見表1.
乘人車不同(tong)行駛速度下續航1000km并行方案配置(zhi)數據(ju)
東(dong)深新能源科技有限公司對裝有純鋰離(li)子(zi)電池(chi)與E2 RPS鋁燃料電池(chi)的某型乘人(ren)車進行(xing)上路試(shi)跑,它們的并行(xing)方案(an)配置數據對比見(jian)表(biao)2,由表(biao)中的數據對比可見(jian),鋁燃料電池(chi)的各項指標(biao)明(ming)顯優于純鋰電池(chi)的.
特斯拉汽車(che)公(gong)司生產的鋁燃料電動汽車(che)每行(xing)駛400km——600km放出一(yi)次氫氧化鋁Al(OH3),行(xing)駛1600km——3100km(約3個月)添加(jia)或(huo)換(huan)一(yi)次鋁燃料.
汽車動力指標比較

鋁(lv)燃料電(dian)池(chi)除可(ke)全面廣泛用作乘人小車(che)(che)、公共(gong)汽車(che)(che)、冷藏(zang)車(che)(che)等(deng)的(de)(de)牽引(yin)動(dong)力外,在中(zhong)國還已用作全鋁(lv)純電(dian)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)動(dong)力.中(zhong)通客(ke)車(che)(che)公司(si)(si)(si)自主(zhu)研(yan)發生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)全鋁(lv)廂式(shi)純電(dian)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)車(che)(che)LCK5045XXYEV6已于2017年5月底在中(zhong)通公司(si)(si)(si)"輕舟"生(sheng)產(chan)基地(di)正(zheng)式(shi)下線.該(gai)車(che)(che)是中(zhong)通客(ke)車(che)(che)公司(si)(si)(si)專門(men)面向(xiang)城市物(wu)(wu)流(liu)行業(ye)打造的(de)(de)一(yi)款新(xin)一(yi)代純電(dian)動(dong)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)車(che)(che),車(che)(che)身長6m、整備(bei)質量2.9噸,最(zui)大總質量4.5噸,裝載空間13.5m3,耗電(dian)量低,僅0.25kWh/km.
小飛機(ji)及艦船驅動
鋁燃料電池除可以(yi)廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)于驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)各種汽車外,還可以(yi)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)艦船與用(yong)(yong)作AIP系統(自動(dong)(dong)圖象(xiang)處理系統),以(yi)及用(yong)(yong)作小(xiao)飛(fei)(fei)機的(de)動(dong)(dong)力源.國內一企業(ye)的(de)雙人座輕型電動(dong)(dong)飛(fei)(fei)機用(yong)(yong)鋁燃料電池驅(qu)動(dong)(dong),該機翼(yi)展(zhan)14.5m,機長6.6m,最(zui)大(da)(da)起(qi)飛(fei)(fei)質量500kg,最(zui)大(da)(da)載(zai)荷230kg,最(zui)大(da)(da)飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)速度160km/h,目標(biao)飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)≥2h,而眼下全世界(jie)最(zui)長飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)電動(dong)(dong)飛(fei)(fei)機為45min.
