關于調整壓下的方法,由于需調整壓下螺絲,如塑性模量M很大,或軋機剛度k過小,則調整量過大,調整速度慢,效率低,因此對于冷精軋鋁單板的調(diao)(diao)(diao)節(jie)不如(ru)調(diao)(diao)(diao)整張力(li)快和好(hao)。特別是對于(yu)鋁(lv)單(dan)板軋制(zhi)更(geng)是如(ru)此,因(yin)為這時軋輥實際(ji)已經壓靠,所以鋁(lv)單(dan)板板厚控制(zhi)只得依靠調(diao)(diao)(diao)整張力(li)、潤滑與軋速來實現。
調整(zheng)張(zhang)力(li)是(shi)通過(guo)調整(zheng)前、 后張(zhang)力(li)改變(bian)(bian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)件塑性曲線(xian)(xian)的(de)斜(xie)率(lv),達(da)到消除各種(zhong)因素對軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)(chu)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)度的(de)影響來實現鋁單板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)控制的(de)(見圖325)。當來料(liao)出(chu)(chu)現厚(hou)(hou)(hou)度偏差+δi時(shi),原始輥(gun)縫和(he)其他條件不(bu)變(bian)(bian)時(shi),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)(chu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)產(chan)生偏差8n,為使(shi)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)(chu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)h,不(bu)變(bian)(bian),可通過(guo)加大張(zhang)力(li),使(shi)塑性曲線(xian)(xian)B'變(bian)(bian)化到B"(改變(bian)(bian)斜(xie)率(lv)),而與彈性曲線(xian)(xian)A交(jiao)在等(deng)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)度軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制線(xian)(xian)上,實現無需(xu)改變(bian)(bian)輥(gun)縫大小而達(da)到板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)不(bu)變(bian)(bian)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。張(zhang)力(li)調整(zheng)方法的(de)特點是(shi)反應(ying)(ying)快、精確效果(guo)好,在冷軋(ya)(ya)(ya)鋁單板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)生產(chan)中廣泛應(ying)(ying)用。但它不(bu)適用于厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)鋁板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制,特別是(shi)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)帶,因為熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi),張(zhang)力(li)稍大就(jiu)易出(chu)(chu)現拉窄(zhai)(出(chu)(chu)現負寬展)或(huo)拉薄,使(shi)控制受到限制。
