鋁單板及(ji)鋁(lv)合金板材生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產,采用(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)錠供坯(pi)時,一(yi)般用(yong)(yong)熱(re)軋開坯(pi),即將準備(bei)好的鑄(zhu)(zhu)錠經(jing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后(hou)直接熱(re)軋。熱(re)軋可(ke)(ke)采用(yong)(yong)大鑄(zhu)(zhu)錠 ,充(chong)分利用(yong)(yong)金屬高溫下的良好塑性(xing),加(jia)(jia)工率(lv)大,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產率(lv)和成(cheng)品率(lv)高。此(ci)外,中小廠產品規模(mo)不大,鑄(zhu)(zhu)錠較小,對加(jia)(jia)工性(xing)能良好的純鋁(lv)等(deng),可(ke)(ke)利用(yong)(yong)鐵模(mo)或水冷(leng)模(mo)鑄(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)后(hou)的余熱(re),控制一(yi)定溫度(du)直接熱(re)軋。這種方法可(ke)(ke)節(jie)省能耗(hao),縮短生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產周期及(ji)減少(shao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備(bei),降低(di)成(cheng)本。
合金狀態圖是確定熱軋溫度(du)范圍(wei)最基本(ben)的(de)(de)依據。理論上熱軋開(kai)(kai)軋溫度(du)取鋁單板(ban)合金熔點溫度(du)的(de)(de)0.85 ~0. 90倍,但應考慮(lv)低(di)熔 點相(xiang)的(de)(de)影響。熱軋溫度(du)過高(gao),容易(yi)出現晶(jing)粒粗大(da),或(huo)晶(jing)間(jian)低(di)熔點相(xiang)的(de)(de)熔化,導致加熱時鑄(zhu)錠過熱或(huo)過燒,熱軋時開(kai)(kai)裂 .
塑性(xing)圖在一定程度(du)(du)上反映了鋁單板的高溫(wen)塑性(xing)情況(kuang),它是確定鋁單板熱軋(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)范圍(wei)的主要依(yi)據。根據塑性(xing)圖可選(xuan)擇塑性(xing)最高、 強(qiang)度(du)(du)最小(xiao)的熱軋(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)范圍(wei)。
塑性圖(tu)(tu)不能(neng)(neng)反(fan)映熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)終(zhong)(zhong)了(le)金(jin)屬的(de)組(zu)織(zhi)與性能(neng)(neng)。當(dang)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)產(chan)品組(zu)織(zhi)性能(neng)(neng)有一(yi)定要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)時,必(bi)須根(gen)據第(di)二類再(zai)結晶圖(tu)(tu)確定終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya) 溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)。終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)要(yao)保(bao)證產(chan)品所(suo)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)的(de)性能(neng)(neng)和晶粒度(du)(du)(du)(du)。溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)過高(gao),晶粒粗大(da)(da),不能(neng)(neng)滿足性能(neng)(neng)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),而(er)且繼(ji)續冷軋(ya)(ya)(ya)會產(chan)生軋(ya)(ya)(ya)件表面(mian)橘皮和麻點等缺陷,當(dang)冷軋(ya)(ya)(ya)加(jia)工率(lv)較小(xiao)時,還難以消除。終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)過低會引起(qi)金(jin)屬加(jia)工硬化,能(neng)(neng)耗增加(jia),再(zai)結晶不完(wan)全(quan)會導致晶粒大(da)(da)小(xiao)不均(jun)及性能(neng)(neng)差。終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)還取(qu)決于相(xiang)變(bian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du),在相(xiang)變(bian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)以下,將有第(di)二相(xiang)析出,其影響 由(you)第(di)二相(xiang)的(de)性質決定。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)會造成組(zu)織(zhi)不均(jun),降低合(he)金(jin)塑性,產(chan)生裂紋甚至(zhi)開裂。終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)一(yi)般(ban)(ban)取(qu)相(xiang)變(bian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)以上(shang)20 ~ 30C.無相(xiang)變(bian)的(de)鋁單板(ban)合(he)金(jin),終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)可取(qu)鋁單板(ban)合(he)金(jin)的(de)熔點溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)0.65 -0.70倍。為保(bao)證終(zhong)(zhong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du),采用(yong)多機架(jia)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)是有效的(de)工藝(yi)手段。
